Winter Rental available on Plum Island, now through May 30, 2026. Pet's ok with restrictions. Waterfront with gorgeous views of the Merrimack River, the Plum Island Basin and the Plum Island River. This setting is peaceful and private surrounded by water and nature. There is a large bedroom with a king size bed on the second floor and another bedroom with a double bed and additional sleeping area with a twin bed in an open sitting area at the top of the stairway that all share a full sized bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a large eat in kitchen with a sitting area off of it and a third bedrooom with a double bed. Laundry is in the basement and there is plenty of parking. The rent does not include utilities. Oil heat, electricity and internet will remain in the owners name and the tenant will reimburse the landlord for usage.
