Property Description

This lease is made in all respects subject to the Lessor's obligations created by the law and by the Primary Documents and the Master Deed, Declaration of Trust, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of this Condominium ("Condominium Documents") adopted or to be adopted by the Condominium or the Trustees. Tenant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the currently existing Condominium Documents, which shall be returned to the Unit Owner upon expiration or earlier termination of the lease. The parties hereto covenant and agree, as follows: The tenant's right to use and occupy the premises shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to the provisions of the Condominium Documents and tenant agrees to comply with all of the foregoing and to reimburse the Unit Owner for any assessment made against the Unit Owner by the Trustees as a result of a violation of the Condominium Documents by tenant. Failure to comply with these provisions shall constitute a material breach of this lease agreement."
