Property Description

Privacy, land, and no through traffic. This 2-bedroom Pittsfield home sits on 0.8 acres at the end of a dead end road, offering a setting you don't come across every day. With a manageable 1,032 SF footprint, single-level living, town water and sewer, natural gas heat, and a full unfinished basement, the fundamentals are already here. The home is dated and being sold as-is, with a new roof and cosmetic renovation needed throughout. For buyers willing to do the work, 28 Lyric St is a chance to take a well located property with a great piece of land and finish it exactly the way they want.
