Great spot near Plum Island Light house, Captain’s fishing pier for long walks around the island or grab your kayak and head down the beach path across the street, to the Sandy Basin Beach. Sleeps 2 -4 people. Parking for 2-3 cars. Absolutely NO Smoking. Well behaved Dog is considered, must be Pre-approved and pet fee added. Tenant to pay utilities. October 15 - May 31, 2027.
